3/24/15 Radio Diaries Podcast
Radio Diaries Podcast
I like this podcast because it has great stories about different people, from teenagers to adults.
http://www.radiodiaries.org/
Radio Diaries tells the extraordinary stories of ordinary life. Since 1996, we’ve been giving people tape recorders and working with them to report on their own lives and histories. We’ve collaborated with teenagers and octogenarians, prisoners and prison guards, bra saleswomen and lighthouse keepers….and along the way we’ve helped pioneer a new form of citizen journalism. Radio Diaries has won every major award in broadcast journalism and produced some of the most memorable documentaries ever heard on public radio. Our stories are broadcast on NPR’s All Things Considered, This American Life, BBC, and on The Radio Diaries Podcast. We also publish educational materials, including the Teen Reporter Handbook. Radio Diaries is a not-for-profit organization, and a proud member of Radiotopia from PRX — a collective of the best story-driven shows on the planet. Press reviews and highlights.

Here is a new podcast that just started and is now on show #3.

About the show:
TV You Grew Up With is the brainchild of pro podcaster, Jim Harold…that’s me!
After 10 years of podcasting on the paranormal, I figured it was time to branch out a bit. So, what better way to take advantage of my youth spent watching classic TV than to do a podcast on it!
I hope you like it, the show is launching in late March. I am amazed at some of the great stars I’ve spoken to already! In the meantime, for something completely different, check out my other podcasts at JimHarold.com
If you have a guest suggestion or just want to get in touch please email me at jimATjimharold.com
I have listen to the first 2 shows and think you should check it out!
